Description

Smok Nfix e-cigarette kit

The Nfix Mod is fantastically designed, and thanks to the use of a durable alloy and high-quality finish, the Nfix housing fits perfectly in the hand and fits in any women's purse or pocket. The 700 mAh battery contains a precise working chipset with VW mode. The set power and battery level can be read quickly and easily on the integrated display. Of course, Dragon has thought of everything and equipped the Nfix Mod with a USB Type-C connector, thanks to which the 700 mAh battery can be charged in 60 minutes.

Smok's Nfix gives you the option to vape with variable output. The maximum output power is 25 watts. The Nfix DC MTL Pod from Smok has a built-in winding with a resistance of 0.8 ohms.

Smok Nfix is an e-cigarette that has a capsule system. The filling volume of the capsule is 2 ml. To fill it with e-juice, remove the pod from the battery. Be sure to do the same with the silicone gasket on the side.

A short review - Smok Nfix

Pod system with design

The Smok Nfix e-cigarette has a simple but stylish design and is available in different colors. The handy dimensions of 110.5 mm x 21.5 mm x 13 mm and the ergonomic design should ensure a comfortable fit and handling. The integrated battery with a capacity of 700mAh achieves an output power of 1 to 25 watts. The settings you make are shown on the OLED display. If the battery runs out of energy, you can charge it within 1 hour using the supplied Type-C USB charging cable. The current charge status is shown accordingly on the display. With the Nfix e-cigarette set from Smok you also get two Nfix DC MTL Pods with a built-in 0.8 ohm atomizer head. Accordingly, there is no need to change the atomizer heads, you just have to combine a new pod with the battery.

Review Smok Nfix Kit: Just Another Pod Device?

Smok celebrates its 10th anniversary with the release of the Smok Nfix Kit. If the name sounds familiar, that's because it is! The new Nfix is based on one of Smok's earlier creations, The Infinix. Today we're going to take a look at the differences between the two and all the updated features.

SMOK RPM Nfix Review - Our verdict A great MTL pod vape for beginners...

Is it a good pod mod? Yes. I actually think it's one of the better ones when it comes to this style. Not to mention Smok has been killing the pod game lately anyway. This is a thoughtful re-imagining of a product that was pretty lackluster in its original form. The pod redesign and larger battery are key features of the original Infinix. You make a big difference when you compare experiences.

New Smok Nfix kit

A while back, Smok started working on his pod devices and released a few before finally releasing Infinix. The Infinix market clearly competed with Juul and other ultra-portable pod devices. However, the original Infinix had some issues such as terrible coil and battery life. Has Smok introduced a new Nfix? Let's take a look at the changes and new features:

Properties and design

The new and improved Smok Nfix kit offers tons of features that just weren't possible two or three years ago. The new device shares the same shape as the original Infinix and has a very similar design when it comes to functionality. The pods also look very familiar to me. Unfortunately I didn't have an original Infinix pod lying around to see if they were the same size. In the box you will find two empty shells. At first I thought maybe they are different in design. But unfortunately they are the same. The instructions state that both pods can be used between 15 and 25 watts. You also get the device itself, an instruction manual, a battery safety warning, and a small USB charging cable. The box is the new “White Edition” box that all 10th Anniversary products ship in. It's hard to believe that Smoktech has been around for so long, but they have!

All of the “Smok 10th Year” products appear to be revisions of older devices with noticeable improvements. The new Nfix offers a lot of new features while keeping the same spirit as the original:

  • New DC .8ohm pods
  • OLED screen
  • 700Mah battery capacity
  • Variable watt control up to 25 watts
  • USB Type-C charging
  • A variety of colors
  • Auto Draw Technology
  • One button operation.

The first thing you notice about the new Nfix is the small screen below. The meter shows how much battery life you have, how much power you have and how high the hit counter is! To be fair, you don't see that very often on these smaller pod devices unless you count the Smok RPM series. The new bowls are translucent and it's pretty easy to see your fluid level. There is a “minimum” mark on the pod to ensure your level never drops too far, resulting in a commonly burned out coil. The coil I took apart looks very similar to the RPM series MTL coils and honestly works the same way. One button operation makes it easy to use as you “set and forget” this type of device. You probably won't often find yourself changing the performance once you've tuned it to your preference. With three clicks of the button you can set your power. After the power has been set, simply release the button and it will record your setting. The airflow is designed to form a loose "mouth to lung" on a puff. There is no airflow control on the unit. While the airflow is by no means massive, it does appear to be a bit more powerful than the original Infinix.

Testing the Smok Nfix Kit

Happy to report that pod life is really good on this new Nfix!

The pod redesign was for the better as I'm still using the first one out of the box. Flavor is pretty good but certainly no comparison to Smok's Mesh coils. The battery life was immediately at 85%. I used the Nfix for about a day before I had to charge it again.

The screen times out for about ten seconds before it finally turns off. If you are a chain vaper, get used to the bright screen always on. On the other side of that argument is the fact that it only takes about 30 minutes to fully charge. When you plug in your device, a countdown timer will appear showing how long it will take to reach full power.

This is a pretty cool feature and I'm having a hard time summoning another device that does this.

I'm a big fan of loose MTL vaping so I'm enjoying the hit that the Nfix offers. I wish there was a way to control the airflow so I could tighten it up a bit. However, the Nfix can also be maintained as is. Using one button for all functions sounds complicated. But like I said above, it's pretty intuitive. Once you set the power supply, the button is no longer necessary. Luckily, the button needs to be quickly pressed three times to customize the mod.

Otherwise the settings in your pocket would probably change

Verdict

Is this a good pod mod? Yes. I think it is one of the better when it comes to this style.

This is a well-thought-out refreshment of a product that was rather bland in its original form. The new Nfix is kilometers better than its older brother. A redesigned capsule and a larger battery are key features of the original Infinix. When you compare your experiences, you make a big difference.

USB-C charging is also very fast. In fact, all of these 10th anniversary redesigned products are refined from the original.

This is a great device for someone new to vaping.

The small size and ease of use are perfect for someone who wants to try vaping for the first time, especially if they want to try it on a budget

Nfix meets the needs of a vaper that is always on the move and only needs a small, simple and convenient device in your pocket.

I would like to thank the electronic-cigarette.ie company for the opportunity to test this product and the opportunity to publish your opinion on the website of their shop.
